Marney teaches the basic fundamentals of Yoga, introducing the concepts of Breath work,
and invites students to focus inward on the spiritual dimensions of the practice.
The variety of postures (asana) is challenging, while the coordination between the movements and breath induces relaxation. The emphasis is on the importance of accepting the body, simply recognizing strengths and weakness, increasing mental and physical awareness, listening to the wisdom of the body while staying fully present in each moment. Yoga is excellent for all levels of practice. It is very supportive and easily adaptable to suit special or specific needs.
